Ingredients:
1/2 kilo ground pork
1/2 kilo ground beef
Minced garlic, onion, bell pepper, onion springs
Salt and pepper to taste
Cabbage
For the sauce:
Tomato paste, tomato sauce, thyme, chese, salt and pepper.
In a caserole, magpakulo ng water. Once nag boil ba ilagay ang cabbage. Para mabilis pilasin at di mapunit.
Igisa ung pork and beef sa ingredients then ipalaman sa cabbage. I used toothpicks para di sya kumalas.
Pag may natirang meat i saute sa garlic and onion then add tomato paste and sauce. Cheese and herbs. Simmer lang then ok na yun.
Pwedeng isteam nyo pero if you want it crunchy no need na. Half cooked naman na ung cabbage dahil nilagay na sya sa kumulong water.
