Stir Fry Mushroom with Chicken

Ingredients:

Ingredients:
Mushroom, Chicken, salt, pepper,garlic, tomato, onions, bell pepper, olive oil.
Procedure:
Heat olive oil in a pan, add crushed garlic, then onions. Add sliced tomato and bell pepper. Add chicken and mushroom, stir fry until the chicken is cooked. Sprinkle salt and pepper according to preference. Garnish with slices of fried eggs.
  • Quail Adobo “My Way”
Ingredients:
2 tbsp coco aminos
1 tbsp ACV
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of ground black pepper
2 cloves of garlic
few slices of onion
half cup of coconut oil
1/2 sachet of Stevia
1/4 cup of water
Procedure:
Marinate the quails in all the ingredients except coconut oil, water & stevia. Leave it for an hour. Heat coconut oil in a pan. Add the marinated quail and the marinate sauce. Cover, adjust the “heat” to medium. Stir after 5 mins, then cover again. After 5 mins, add stevia and water, stir, then cover. Adjust the “heat” to low. Let it cook for 8-10 mins stirring occasionally. Serve.
  • Green Bell Pepper Omelet
Ingredients:
Eggs, Green Bell Pepper, Tomato, Onions, Garlic, Salt, Pepper, Butter
Procedure:
Saute all the ingredients (except the eggs), then add the eggs (beaten and salted).
  • Soft Boiled Eggs (Crushed, nadurog kasi, kaya ayan, hindi na hiniwa ng ayos!)
  • Cheddar Slices
