- INGREDIENTS2 Blocks of Cream Cheese1/4 cup Equal Gold3 Eggs1 cup All Purpose Cream1 tsp Vanilla Extract2 Tbsp Almond FlourPROCEDURE1. Cut and cover with baking sheet or parchment paper your 8×3 round pan2. Preheat oven at 200°C3. In a bowl, soften creamcheese until creamy using a spatula.4. Add Equal Gold, mix untill well incorporated. (I used a wire whisk )4. Add in a teaspoon of Vanilla extract.5. Add the cup of All Purpose Cream6. Gradually add the eggs – one at a time while slowly mixing.7. Once all are incorporated, pour mixture in the pan.8. Tap the pan to release air bubbles.9. Bake for 50 minutes at 200°C10. Once baked, let it cool completely.11. Refrigerate for an hour or 2.12. Serve and enjoy.
