- Keto Chocolate CakeIngredients:1. ¾ cup Almond Milk2. ½ Tbsp. Apple Cider or White Vinegar3. 2 cups Almond Flour4. ¼ Coconut Flour5. 2 Tbsp. Ground Golden Flaxseed6. ½ cup Unsweetened Dutch-Processed Cocoa Powder7. ¼ tsp. Black Coffee8. 2 tsp. Baking Powder9. ½ tsp. Baking Soda10. ½ tsp. Salt11. 4 Large Eggs12. 10 Sticks Equal Gold13. ½ cup Coconut Oil Or Butter14. 2 tsp. VanillaPreparation:1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Prepare two 8-inch baking pans. ( greased/ floured/ parchment ).2. In a measuring cup, add apple cider vinegar to almond milk and allow to curdle for 5 mins. Set aside.3. In a large mixing bowl, mix all dry ingredients except for the sweetener (almond flour, coconut flour, ground flax, cocoa powder, black coffee powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt). Whisk to combine and get rid of lumps. Set aside.4. In a separate large bowl, mix all wet ingredients ( eggs, coconut oil, curdled almond milk, vanilla extract) and the sweetener with a whisk or hand mixer until combined)5. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Stir until well combined.6. Pour the batter onto the baking pans and bake for 20-35 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean.Keto Frostings FillingDark Chocolate GanacheFor filling/dream cake layer/ cupcake filling/ poured ganache, follow 1:1 ratio.For frosting follow 2:1 ratio.Ingredients:. 100 grams Dark Chocolate. 100 grams Heavy CreamPreparations:. Melt the chocolate and heavy cream in the microwave for 30 seconds. Mix well. Microwave for another 15 seconds, if there are still chunks of chocolate left, Mix till smooth.
