- = CREAMY AVOCADO =2 Medium size avocado1/2 cup All purpose cream2 tbsp Coconut milk1/4 cup Equal Gold Sweetener1/4 cup Mint Leaves1 tbsp Lemon juice=CRUST=1 cup coconut flour2 tbsp Psyllium husk whole1 tsp Salt1 tsp Baking powder2 tbsp Coconut oil1 1/2 cup Hot waterCashew nuts for garnish (Optional)PROCEDURE= CRUST~ In a bowl sift the coconut flour.~ Add salt, baking powder, and psyllium husk whole. Mix well.~ Then add the coconut oil and mix well.~ Pour the hot water slowly. Stir until you finish pouring the 1 1/2 cup hot water.~ Knead the flour and make a dough.~ Rest for 3mins.~ Flatten the dough with rolling pin and cut into small circle.~ In a sauce pan heat coconut oil. Then fry the cut dough until the bread turns crunchy or brown.~ Set aside=CREAMY AVOCADO=~ Use food processor and put the avocado, all purpose cream, coconut milk, EQUAL GOLD SWEETENER , Lemon juice and Mint leaves.~ Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.~ Use pastry decoration bag. Put the creamy avocado inside the décor bag.~ Layer the crunchy bread and put the creamy avocado on the top of the bread.
