UBE AND CORN MAJABLANCA COMBO
  1. Ingredients:
    2&1/2 cups fresh coconut cream
    1 sachet unflavored gelatin
    3 tbsp. Equal Gold Sucralose
    3 tbsp. melted butter
    1-2 tsp. ube flavoring
    1-2 tsp. yellow food color/corn flavoring
    grated cheese
    toasted dessicated coconut
    Procedure:
    Follow the package instruction of the unflavored gelatin. Mix coconut cream, Equal sucralose, dissolved gelatin and melted butter in a shallow pan. Stir while simmering on medium heat until thick.
    Divide the mixture into two bowls to make two flavors. Add ube flavoring and langka flavoring. Pour in a round mold then let it set in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours or overnight.
    Cut each flavor in half and arrange on a plate. Garnish the ube maja with grated cheese and the corn flavor with toasted dessicated coconut.
