- Ingredients:2&1/2 cups fresh coconut cream1 sachet unflavored gelatin3 tbsp. Equal Gold Sucralose3 tbsp. melted butter1-2 tsp. ube flavoring1-2 tsp. yellow food color/corn flavoringgrated cheesetoasted dessicated coconutProcedure:Follow the package instruction of the unflavored gelatin. Mix coconut cream, Equal sucralose, dissolved gelatin and melted butter in a shallow pan. Stir while simmering on medium heat until thick.Divide the mixture into two bowls to make two flavors. Add ube flavoring and langka flavoring. Pour in a round mold then let it set in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours or overnight.Cut each flavor in half and arrange on a plate. Garnish the ube maja with grated cheese and the corn flavor with toasted dessicated coconut.
