LOW CARB BUTTER COOKIES
  1. INGREDIENTS
    for COOKIE DOUGH
    1/3 cup coco flour
    1/3 cup softened butter (you may replace this with coco oil)
    2 pcs eggs
    1 tsp vanilla
    3 1/2 tbsp EQUAL GOLD in pouch
    for MILK-EGG WASH
    1 pc egg
    1 tbsp all-purpose cream
    PROCEDURE
    1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients for the cookie dough.
    2. Mix well until a smooth dough is formed.
    3. Let it rest for a few minutes in order for the coco flour to expand.
    4. Form small balls and lay each one in an oven pan. Flatten each ball to form the shape of a small cookie. Set aside.
    5. Prepare your milk-egg wash by combining the all-purpose cream and egg. Mix well.
    6. Get your shaped cookies and brush each one on the surface with the milk-egg wash. Set aside.
    7. Pre-heat oven at 180 deg C for 10 mins.
    8. After 10 mins, place the oven pan with cookie dough and bake at 180 deg C.
    9. Set oven timer at 30 mins.
    10. Take them out of the oven and enjoy
