Cook gelatin as the instructions in the pack stated2. pour all purpose cream, chia seeds and EQUAL GOLD (I put 2 tbsp.) while mixing constantly until it boils3. Pour in the container and let it cool.4. When it already cools down a little, you can garnish the crushed cashews followed by the whole cashew (lumubog sakin, not yet cool enough hehe)5. When the gelatin mixture cools down enough and it became jelly-like texture, you can now transfer into the fridge if you prefer cold gelatin
