Recipe:
2 eggs
Half cabbage
2-3 medium tomatoes
a pinch of sea salt or pink Himalayan salt
A teaspoon of pepper
1 glove garlic
Half white onion
2cups water
2tablespoon olive oil
Preparation:
Finely chopped cabbage or grind
Slice tomatoes in cubes without seeds
Slice onion and garlic
Beat the egg add a pinch of the salt and pepper
Procedure:
Saute onion and garlic with the olive oil then add the tomatoes
Put 2 cups of water let it boil for 3-5mins
Add the egg mix while dropping continuous stirring until the egg is completely good
Then let it simmer for 1min
Then add the cabbage and let it boil for 2-3mins
And after the turn off heat and ready to serve..
