2-3pcs tenga ng baboy
1pack of chicharon may laman
2tbsp.butter
1medium size white onion(bihira lang po yung red onion dto sa Japan that’s why i used white but you can use red onion too)
Red chillies i use 1tbsp na naka jar po.kasi wala dn yung siling labuyo avail dto
Mayo for toppings
1pc egg
Himalayan salt and pepper to taste
Procedure
Ihaw po muna tenga then pakuluan gang malambot wag po super
Next hiwain maliliit then mix everything po sa isang bowl..then transfer po sa sizzling plate pag mejo okay na at mainit na patayin ang apoy and top with egg and Mayo ?
