Get enough sleep – Sleep is super important when it comes to losing weight. Why? It is because less sleep gives us a lazy and sloppy mood that make us wanna eat more and lazy to do exercise.
Stop hidden carbs. Some foods are low carb but some are hidden. Always read the labels of each food you buy or consume.
Do Intermittent Fasting.
It is the process of switching times of eating and fasting.
Keep check of food intakes.
Always be careful of eating sizes and mark each consumption of food
Check your fat, protein, carbs, and etc.
Check if you are stressed.
Being stressed makes you crave for food and less energy to exercise.
