BURNT BASQUE CHEESECAKE
  1. INGREDIENTS
    2 Blocks of Cream Cheese
    1/4 cup Equal Gold
    3 Eggs
    1 cup All Purpose Cream
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    2 Tbsp Almond Flour
    PROCEDURE
    1. Cut and cover with baking sheet or parchment paper your 8×3 round pan
    2. Preheat oven at 200°C
    3. In a bowl, soften creamcheese until creamy using a spatula.
    4. Add Equal Gold, mix untill well incorporated. (I used a wire whisk ?)
    4. Add in a teaspoon of Vanilla extract.
    5. Add the cup of All Purpose Cream
    6. Gradually add the eggs – one at a time while slowly mixing.
    7. Once all are incorporated, pour mixture in the pan.
    8. Tap the pan to release air bubbles.
    9. Bake for 50 minutes at 200°C
    10. Once baked, let it cool completely.
    11. Refrigerate for an hour or 2.
    12. Serve and enjoy.
