  1. Keto Chocolate Cake
    Ingredients:
    1. ¾ cup Almond Milk
    2. ½ Tbsp. Apple Cider or White Vinegar
    3. 2 cups Almond Flour
    4. ¼ Coconut Flour
    5. 2 Tbsp. Ground Golden Flaxseed
    6. ½ cup Unsweetened Dutch-Processed Cocoa Powder
    7. ¼ tsp. Black Coffee
    8. 2 tsp. Baking Powder
    9. ½ tsp. Baking Soda
    10. ½ tsp. Salt
    11. 4 Large Eggs
    12. 10 Sticks Equal Gold
    13. ½ cup Coconut Oil Or Butter
    14. 2 tsp. Vanilla
    Preparation:
    1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Prepare two 8-inch baking pans. ( greased/ floured/ parchment ).
    2. In a measuring cup, add apple cider vinegar to almond milk and allow to curdle for 5 mins. Set aside.
    3. In a large mixing bowl, mix all dry ingredients except for the sweetener (almond flour, coconut flour, ground flax, cocoa powder, black coffee powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt). Whisk to combine and get rid of lumps. Set aside.
    4. In a separate large bowl, mix all wet ingredients ( eggs, coconut oil, curdled almond milk, vanilla extract) and the sweetener with a whisk or hand mixer until combined)
    5. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Stir until well combined.
    6. Pour the batter onto the baking pans and bake for 20-35 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean.
    Keto Frostings Filling
    Dark Chocolate Ganache
    For filling/dream cake layer/ cupcake filling/ poured ganache, follow 1:1 ratio.
    For frosting follow 2:1 ratio.
    Ingredients:
    . 100 grams Dark Chocolate
    . 100 grams Heavy Cream
    Preparations:
    . Melt the chocolate and heavy cream in the microwave for 30 seconds. Mix well. Microwave for another 15 seconds, if there are still chunks of chocolate left, Mix till smooth.
