Keto Mocha Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:

4 tbsp. almond flour
3 eggs + 1 yolk
1 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. APC, room temp.
3 tbsp. Hershey’s cocoa powder
15 sticks Equal gold
1/2 tsp. coffee granules
1 tbsp. baking powder

Combine dry ingredients.
Combine wet ingredients.
Mix together well and transfer to a greased pan and bake in a preheated oven for 15~20 mins. at 150°C. (As oven temps. vary, do the toothpick test at the 15 minute mark)

My Mocha Icing

1 250ml. APC, chilled
2 tsp. coffee granules dissolved in 1 tsp. hot water, cooled
10 sticks Equal gold

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat with a hand mixer until well incorporated.

Spread icing on your cooled cake. Top with your toppings of choice. Serve and enjoy!

*Ang toppings ko po ay mini dark chocolate chips.
**Pwede pong nde lagyan ng toppings kung ayaw ninyo.
