Oopsie bread
- 3 eggs
- 4½ oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 pinch salt
- ½ tbsp ground psyllium husk powder
- ½ tsp baking powder
Tuna salad
- ¾ cup mayonnaise or sour cream
- 4 celery stalks, minced
- 2 oz. dill pickles, chopped
- 8 oz. tuna in water drained
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- salt and pepper, to taste
Topping
- 10 oz. shredded cheese
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper or paprika powder
For serving
- 5 oz. leafy greens
- olive oil
