Low Carb Buko-Pandan Gelatin
  1. ingredients:
    1tbsp. crushed cashews
    a handful of cashews (optional)
    2 tbsp. Chia Seeds
    1 pack buko-pandan flavored gelatin
    1 pack All Purpose Cream
    3 tbsp. Zero Calorie EQUAL GOLD
    procedure:
    1. Cook gelatin as the instructions in the pack stated
    2. pour all purpose cream, chia seeds and EQUAL GOLD (I put 2 tbsp.) while mixing constantly until it boils
    3. Pour in the container and let it cool.
    4. When it already cools down a little, you can garnish the crushed cashews followed by the whole cashew (lumubog sakin, not yet cool enough hehe)
    5. When the gelatin mixture cools down enough and it became jelly-like texture, you can now transfer into the fridge if you prefer cold gelatin
