Low carb chicken cordon bleu's

Ingredients:

Chicken breast fillet (butterfly cut)
Sliced Ham
Bacon strips
Cheese cheddar Ques-O (optional)
Egg
Dessicated Coconut (optional)
1tsp coco aminos
Paprika
Thyme
Ground pepper
Himalayan Salt
Garlic or garlic powder
Onion or onion powder
Coconut/olive oil

Procedure:
Flattened the chicken breast fillet using rolling pin or using knife (we can also used our palm) make sure na hindi sya madurog.
Mixed the condiments (1/2 tsp each: paprika,thyme,ground pepper and himalayan salt) then add the chopped onion and garlic or we can also use powdered onion and garlic. Then marinate the chicken and bacon strips using those condiments above with 1tsp of coco aminos at least 30 mins to an hour will do.

Rolling time:
Chicken breast will served as the foundation so sya ang nasa ilalim, then add the sliced ham and sliced cheese (or sliced a cheese in a rectangular shape at least 1/2 inch). Roll it like a lumpia. For us to tighten it, we will roll the bacon strips around it as well.
I used dessicated coconut as a replacement for bread crumbs kasi nung nga nakaraang gawa ko naghihiwalay minsan. We can beat 1 or 2 eggs depende sa dami ng lulutuin. Soak the rolled chicken sa egg then ipagulong sa dessicated coconut twice para sure. Refrigerate at least 30 mins before you fry it.
Deep fry if possible using coconut oil.
Palamigin muna before you slice it then it is ready to go na
