Low Carb Chicken Parm
  1. Season chicken
  2. Sear then remove
  3. Make sauce in the same pan
  4. Add chicken back into the pan, top with cheese
  5. Broil
  6. Onion (or a brown shallot)
  7. Garlic (because you know me by now)
  8. Fire roasted peppers (YES! They add an AMAZING flavour to this sauce! If you can’t get them, use sun dried tomatoes packed in oil — oil drained)
  9. Crushed tomatoes (fresh or canned — you can also use a tomato puree or Passata)
  10. Tomato paste — I use garlic and herb flavoured. Don’t skip this, it makes your sauce nice and thick.
  11. Pinch of red pepper flakes for a nice and subtle flavour bomb
