Ingredients

  • 1/2 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1/2 onions, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 cup tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 1 pork loin chop with bone (10 – 12 ounces)
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
