Low Carb Strawberries and Cream Cake
  1. 170g softened cream cheese
    6pcs eggs
    1cup dessicated coconut flour/ blanched almond flour
    20 packets equal gold
    Pinch of salt
    1/3 cup water/ almond milk
    For frosting
    Whip cream
    Sliced strawberries
    Procedure:
    •Beat your softened cream cheese
    •add 6pcs room temperature eggs and beat well.
    •add the coconut/almond flour,equal gold, pinch of salt and water/almond milk. Beat til incorporated.
    •heat and grease your pan ( I used non stick pan)
    •pour 1/4 cup of mixture to the pan
    •cook in low heat for about 2 minutes until edges dry and then cook the other side for 30 seconds.
    Decorate as you like.
