- 170g softened cream cheese6pcs eggs1cup dessicated coconut flour/ blanched almond flour20 packets equal goldPinch of salt1/3 cup water/ almond milkFor frostingWhip creamSliced strawberriesProcedure:•Beat your softened cream cheese•add 6pcs room temperature eggs and beat well.•add the coconut/almond flour,equal gold, pinch of salt and water/almond milk. Beat til incorporated.•heat and grease your pan ( I used non stick pan)•pour 1/4 cup of mixture to the pan•cook in low heat for about 2 minutes until edges dry and then cook the other side for 30 seconds.Decorate as you like.
