Lowcarb Keto Pandesal

Ingredients:

• 5 tbsp psyllium husk powder
• 1¼ cups almond flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp sea salt
• 1tbsp stevia sweetener
• 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
• 3 egg whites
• 1 egg yolk
• 40g melted unsalted butter
• 1 cup boiling water

Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Mix the psyllium husk powder, almond flour, baking powder, sea salt & stevia sweetener in a large bowl.
3. Add vinegar, melted unsalted butter and egg yolk, egg whites to the dry ingredients, and combine well. Add boiling water. Mix the dough until the consistency becomes gooey or play-doh like.
4. Shape dough into 7 separate rolls. Place on a greased baking sheet.
5. Bake on lower rack in the oven for 50–60 minutes, depending on the size of your bread rolls.
