- Ingredients:Wheat Flour 1/4 kilogramsPowdered Milk 165gramsButter 225 grams or 1 barEqual Gold Sweetener 1/8 kilogramsOptional: Rice Flakes or Pinipig 1/2cupTools:1pack Cellophane (any color)Polvoron MolderProcedure:1)Pre-heat pan for 2-3minutes. Turn to low heat and pour Wheat Flour and constantly stir the flour until golden brown or light brown. Turn off the heat and set it aside.2)Get a new pan to melt the butter. While melting you can mix all dry ingredients with the flour including the Equal Suclorose Sugar. Make sure it’s well incorporated or mix.3)Once the butter is completely melted you can pour over the dry ingredients onto the butter. Mix well until it turns the flour a bit darker and it can hold a bit of form.4)Cooldown the Polvoron powder. And you can start toasting your pinipig for 2-4minutes depending on your preference. You can taste to confirm if the pinipig is cook. You will know that the pinipig is cook if it is crunchy.5)Take the pan with Polvoron and divide it into parts. Take one of the parts and incorporate the pinipig and mix well.6)Take your Polvoron molder and Cut-out cellophane. You can now mold the Polvoron mixture according to your molder and pack it in your cellophane-like candy.7)You may keep it in the Fridge overnight before consumption but this is an option. You can yield 50-70pcs depending on your molder.
